Nyakans FC, coached by Jackson lomerikwang famously known as "Mkadinali", had a successful weekend in the Maasai Mara University Premier League. They won their two matches: 3-0 against Kaya FC, with Dominick scoring two stunning long-range goals and Kiptoo Shadrack adding one; and 2-1 against Olympics FC, with goals from Gideon Moi and Kiptoo Shadrack, while Lucy Kobasa scored for Olympics FC.
Magic 90 had a mixed weekend in the League. In their first game on Saturday against Tsunami, they secured a narrow 1-0 victory, with Assistant Captain Ibra scoring a penalty. However, Ibrah received a red card during the match, and also Tsunami's center back Mike also got sent off. In their second game, Magic 90 faced a tough challenge against defending champions Commerce and were beaten 4-0.
Young Africans had an eventful weekend in the League, playing two games. In their first match against Juja, they showed resilience by coming from 3-1 down to secure a 3-3 draw. Brian Kemboi, Dan Sammy, and the new signing from Assins FC, Auba, all contributed to the scoring. In their second game against Kaya FC, it ended in a goalless 0-0 draw. Coach Mike's side are currently unbeaten in the league.
Macmillan secured their first ever victory in the League, defeating Al Hilal 1-0. The crucial goal came from Collins Omondi. William Sasuli, their defensive midfielder, showcased an excellent performance and was rightfully awarded the Man of the Match for his contributions to the team's success.
Marz United continued their impressive start to the League with a 1-0 victory over Medstars FC. The goal was scored by their captain, Vardy. With this win, Marz United maintains a perfect 100 percent record and currently holds the second position in the league standings.
Defending champions Commerce had a dominant weekend in the Maasai Mara University Premier League, they played against Magic 90 and secured a 4-0 win. Jamal scored the opening goal in the 11th minute, followed by Casemiro's free-kick in the 23rd minute. Brayo added the third goal in the 39th minute, making him the league's top scorer with 4 goals. Denno Master sealed the victory with the fourth goal in the 78th minute. They are now sitting comfortably at the top of the table with 9 points and an impressive goal difference of +17.
Tsunami FC played two games during the weekend . In their first game, they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Magic 90. However, they bounced back in the second game, securing a 2-0 victory against Assins FC. The goals in the second match were scored by Roro and Kimutai.
Sharks FC also played two games . In the first game, they secured a 1-0 win against Assins FC, with Calvin Ouma scoring the goal. The return of their captain, Yankee, added strength to the team, as he made some brilliant saves and also managed to keep a clean sheet.


However, in their second game, despite their new signing from Tsunami FC Auba scoring two goals, Sharks FC faced a 3-2 defeat against Juja. Despite the setback, the team is looking to strengthen their squad. They are close to completing the signing of Paulo, a defensive midfielder from Medstars, and are also in talks to bring in another talented midfielder from Commerce, yet to be revealed by their coach, Bistra but talks are ongoing on player sides.
Juja FC had a successful weekend in the Maasai Mara University Premier League, collecting a total of 4 points. In their first game, they secured a 3-3 draw against Young Africans, with goals from Junior and Kitalu. The third goal came from a Young Africans' own goal, credited to Caicedo's free-kick efforts.
In their second game, Juja FC showcased a great comeback, turning the score from 2-1 to a 3-2 victory against championship winners Sharks fc .
